“退房後十分可怕。一直質疑陽台少桌子，即使提供開箱房間的照片佐證，仍然一直信件稍擾，還好有錄影片，提供影片後持續以影片有病毒無法開啟，不堪其擾。 最後又傳信件道歉打擾。 其實，可以查監視錄影機，身為遊客究竟對陽台桌子能有什麼企圖？ 再者，桌子這種大件傢俱，當繳給租客時，怎麼會分不清有沒有這個傢俱呢？ 從上午8點多退房，被這種無聊問題騷擾到晚上11點多。 感受十分不好”

“There is a washer available for use for 50 baht a load, and a drying rack in the room. We had a small issue with the price and miscommunication. We inputted all of our information on Expedia and paid for the rooms (6 people), exactly as it said we should. This included an extra person charge. After we paid we had to pay again for the 5th person’s bed as this was not covered in the payment for the extra person. We had no choice since we couldn’t get a refund. “Hotel amenities are luxurious for a remote stay. Waking up to the view and sounds of nature was so relaxing. The room had everything you’d need and was comfortable. Staff was helping with getting me transportation to the bus at the end of my stay. The free bikes were very convenient to explore the area. ”
