"Booked an executive suite room of 60 sq m. I thought it was a big room but there was a rooftop with the upper and lower floors being 30 30 sq m. The details were not stated in the app that it was 2 floors. The water in the bathroom is slow, not strong stream There is only one light on/off switch in front of the bathroom. ( none next to bed ) But overall, the room isn't bad. You can take your cat with you."

"Terrible service. Bed sheets were not cleaned as evidenced by hairs on the pillow and under the blanket. Staff was so rude. I booked a room with breakfast included. When asked about where should I go for breakfast, the staff replied “no breakfast for you! You booked the room with discount. How dare you ask about breakfast. Other rooms pay more than you and they don’t get breakfast!”. Beware of the check in time that ends so early. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend anyone...
