「tired, needs renovation」

「We loved our room which was very comfortable, charming and had various amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room as well as access to the full kitchen next door with a variety of foods and equipment to use for breakfast or anytime. 「The check-in went well, except that we were surprised by the additional $50 fee for "incidentals." This wasn't on the original reservation and, contrary to what the employee said during check-in, we were charged that fee and it wasn't refunded to our account for a few days. The room was clean, but it had a damp feel to it, which was also a bit concerning.」

「The pool was empty and the kids were very disappointed. Next, the two rooms we booked and paid for weeks ago were not what the hotel had when we got there. They had us in rooms with one king bed and a pull out couch. Not what we paid for. They finally found us the last 2 queen room but we had to use the king/couch for the other room. Not a very good night sleep on a pull out lumpy couch. The pancake maker was not working at breakfast. I went to the front desk and ask about it. Turns out...

「Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. There was a problem the first night I was the but the staff was very accommodating and took care of it. My room was nice and clean, Breakfast was great every morning. If I had to make any suggestions, request to stay on the first floor. Looks like those rooms are updated more recently. 「Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The bar was great, the 18 year old bartender was very fun and knowledgeable. The pool/hot tub patio area are right next to bar and very nice. Property has been updated and room was was spacious, with lots of closet space. I prefer a firmer mattress than the one in the room, but my sister thought it was very comfortable」
