The AC was cold and the bed was clean but other than that it’s very run down. Elevators were broken bc they had been struck by lightning the night before. Pool was drained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was just run down and not kept up. Sinks/faucets were dirty.

We reserved and paid for (a month in advance of our travel) a king suite and when we checked in we were given a room with 2 queen beds and not the king suite we reserved. The front desk staff literally told us that because we did not reserve through them directly, our reserved room that we reserved through Expedia was given to an IHG hotel member instead that had reserved through the hotel directly. They then said they were sold out and that the only room available to us was the non suite room with 2 queen beds. The staff was beyond rude and disrespectful to us. We will never stay there again!

This place is run down beyond words! The walls are in some desperate need of TLC the blinds had literal holes in them and cart of trash by the door did not help the awful smell through out the property. This was definitely my last stay at this property.

Clean room. Nice staff. Lobby was good. Room was good, so do not misunderstand, but was less impressive. Clean bed and comfortable. But dated and the roller shades in my room were worn with holes.
