Great place and location♥️

The Easterly House was great and we enjoyed our stay. We were on a girls trip and had plenty of room to spread out. The house is clean, beds we're comfortable and the neighborhood quite. The house had what we needed to enjoy our stay and David is an excellent host and available to answer any questions you may have or if you need something. I highly recommend the Easterly House for your visit to San Antonio!

Girls trip/ 21 birthday weekend

We stayed here for my 21st birthday weekend. It was in a great location, it was about 10 minutes from the Riverwalk & we really liked that! I love that it’s convenient to get a Uber or have food delivered! I live in a small town that doesn’t offer either of those, so that was awesome! I would stay here again.

Great Proximity to Airport

The property is less than 5 min from the airport. A variety of grocery stores are within 10 minutes: H-E-B, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's. The neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen has newer appliances: refrigerator, double oven. The extra space in the fireplace room is nice and conveniently attached to the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the blackout shades in the bedrooms are a plus.

Great VRBO!

The house was exactly as shown online. It is really cute and was very clean. The neighborhood is a quiet nicely kept neighborhood. While it’s right by the airport, we were not bothered by the planes - didn’t even hear them inside. Our stay was a very positive one and we’d certainly use the house again.

Excellent stay

Our stay at the uptown property was Excellent. Communication with owner was very easy from the point of renting the property all the way through our check out. Owner was attentive and accomodating and offered to help out in anyway needed. The home was splendid and had all the ammenities needed for ourselves and our guests. The location was near many areas that we wanted to visit: The Quarry market, The Pearl and the downtown areas. We will definitely be staying here again, literally felt like our home away from home.

Great house

We enjoyed our stay. It is a comfortable little house. Although we were on the go and only at the house in the evenings we never had any issues except trying to learn how to work the thermostat. The property manager is very quick to respond to all questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this property and we would stay here again.

Disappointed

Very disappointing, the owner of the property didn't advise that there are next door family reunions every Friday night with people hanging out in the yard. Not a comfortable feeling for women coming from out of town and not knowing what's going on. We didn't feel safe and chose not to enter the house at all and left immediately.
