All of the staff here at this location are amazing! They have been through hell dealing with me and my emotions this week! And I loved that they had a mini store in the office! Plus a laundry mat! 😀

The Staff!! And i like that they have a laundry mat! Also in the office they have food drinks,cigaretts@ Free coffee and an ATM ! Very helpful to have all this here! I won't have to get lost in this big city again!😁

Family get away

The trip was a family small vaca. Just a weekend get away. The room was good. The water temp needs some work. It would be hot then all of a sudden go cold then back to hot.

The staff was very friendly and helped as much as they could. The property is very dirty and dingy, not on the best side of town. I looked at 5 different rooms they all smelled and were dirty. One room I saw a cockroach, and was terrified to bring bed bugs home.

Unclean room

The concierge was amazing. He answered all my questions and was quite informed and friendly. The room, however, was unclean. It has a dead cockroach smeared against the wall, and the blankets smell like urine. Our neighbors were loud coming in from a long night of partying at 5:00 a.m.

Lots of Roaches and rooms are dirty. Toilet seat was very loose and maintenance never came to fix it. The kids that live on property are loud and curse a lot. Wifi was also horrible and super slow. Staff was super nice though and friendly. Pool is very nice and clean

Treated like a criminal!!!

The gentleman who handled checking in was amazing very friendly even got a microwave for the room since the room didn’t have one. Everything was great until the next morning my friend who stayed there also is handicapped and I called to ask for 15 min extra so he could get dressed and everything and they said they couldn’t give us extra time but when the maid service got there we would have to leave. This was fine well he was finishing getting ready when a pounding came at the door and it was the cops and I assume the lady that works in the front office telling us to get out. Keep in mind the maid service had never shown up. Anyway they told me I had to keep the door open and open the curtains. I told them no because I friend was putting his pants on that it just took him a little time. Well they acted like we were criminals when I opened the door to walk out they just stoop in the doorway. Then they went in there like we had ransacked the room. Well it was cleaner when I left than it was when I got there aside from the trash in the trash can. Oh yes they have roaches also
