Meet our needs

Welcoming, nice floor plan, nice decor, plenty of towels, kitchen fully stocked, lush back yard with bbq, plenty of seating inside and out. Owner accessible and responds to questions immediately. HEB and Walmart within 10 min drive. Gated small quite one street community, Safe area.

Great stay in San Antonio

Our family came to town for a wedding and to visit with extended family. This home was very clean and beautifully decorated, and communication with Florence, the owner, was great. Our only regret was that it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the beautiful patio and outdoor yard. Would definitely stay here again!

Very pleasant stay

Traveling to San Antonio is one of my favorite cities in Texas , I have stayed in numerous places ( hotels and residencies through the city ) I found this particular place very comfortable , my family was very please with the area which is a plus ( gated complex ) . One of the details that caught my attention, was the fact that Florence called to check on the time of arrival, which the whole time; she was very on point making sure everything was fine with the travel and making sure that if there was any inconvenience to let her know right away. The fact she called me to check on how we were doing , that gave me a sense of assurance that we had pick a great place to stay. I would definitely pick this particular place for my family to stay ( very clean , all the utensils in place , everything is in place ) thank you for trusting me and my family .

Immaculate Property. Quiet and Friendly Neighborhood.

Beautiful Home. Our stay was too short. Fantastic Garden that wraps all the way around the house. It looks small in photos but there is plenty of space. It is VERY well kept and the cleanest VRBO my family and I have stayed in across 4 states. The owner, Mrs. Florence, is a great host and responds quickly to messages. I can't say enough good things about this property. We will definitely prioritize this place over any other in the future.

Beautiful home and great location

We were in San Antonio for the 2024 Special Olympics State Track Meet. We wanted a safe neighborhood to stay at that was close to Morgans Wonderland. This was perfect!!! 4 mins away and a gated community. The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay. This home has literally everything you’ll need! What a wonderful master bathroom ! All the kitchen utensils and misc you didn’t think about until you need! Small gated community. Easy access to the freeway etc if you’re exploring the SA area. Thank you Florence !

I expected a lot, it was more than I expected. This place was sooooooooo clean!! The owner made sure all details were met and then way more! We forgot salt and pepper and that was there along with at least 50+ more spices & seasonings. I cant list it all, not to mention this beautifully designed home! I cant recommend enough... Everything you need for a family of 5

The house was super clean and had everything you need. We cooked dinner a few times and the only thing we needed to buy was food and drink. Pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, utensils .. everything was already at the house. It was very spacious with a big owner’s suite and huge on-suite bathroom. The upper stairs rooms were the perfect size for our 2 teenagers and my mother-in-law. The house is only about a 20-25 min drive to downtown San Antonio. We had a rental car so we were able to get around easily. Florence (peppery owner) was very responsive and easy to reach, even late at night.

This was my first VRBO rental. Every good thing others have shared about the property and the property owner are correct. It was all clean, beautiful, safe & quiet. Downstairs a king bed & bath with a walk in shower and a showplace jacuzzi/tub for two. (We used the tub ledge for group pictures, but never tried it out.) Also a convenient half bath/toilet just inside from the garage. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker, electric hot pot for tea water, filtered drinking water through the spacious refrigerator, a toaster, microwave, ceramic stove top, and an older but works just fine dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with fairly new, large, Samsung washer and dryer. We used them. Upstairs (the owner asks that you remove your shoes when walking up the wooden steps.) two bedrooms, three beds and a comfortably sized bathroom with a step in the tub shower. The water pressure was just fine throughout the house. The A/C worked well both upstairs and down. There were plenty of towels and washcloths and extra pillows and blankets. Before you go shopping at the very nearby H-E-B or super Walmart, check out the shampoos, coffee, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. that previous "guests" have left. It will save you a bit. We left some of those items too, You're welcome. There are patios upstairs & down great for morning coffee. Eddy's is nearby- good Mexican food - not superb but fine for talking & relaxing. Downtown10 -14 miles. Airport is 7. Nat.Bridge Caverns 25 mi.
