From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—their customer service is absolutely top-notch! Our room was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and fresh. Finding hassle-free parking in downtown San Antonio can usually be a headache, but the parking setup here was convenient and easy. On top of that, it is wonderfully pet-friendly, meaning our furry family member got a warm welcome too. Excellent value, perfect location, and a wonderful experience overall. We will definitely be back

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. What makes this property unique is how seamlessly it balances a prime downtown San Antonio location with excellent, hassle-free amenities. The staff members were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in. Our room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and comfortable throughout our visit. Additionally, having accessible and secure parking made exploring the downtown area completely stress-free. We also love that the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a massive plus for travelers with pets. There was honestly nothing we didn't like everything exceeded our expectations

Worst hotel ever in San Antonio . Everything on different booking sites is a LIE!! Mold everywhere, dirty uncleaned rooms, no fire alarm? And when we ask for new towels and covers guess what? They were DIRTY TOO! Then the pool? That’s a FAKE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE. This is the pool in my review. Unswimable , unclean, filled with algae and bugs from across the world. And they don’t even have a license to server hot breakfast. All they have is muffins, bread, “yogurt”, juice, coffee and a waffle machine that leaves your waffle uncooked?? And then there vending machine was conveniently broke and the elevator so they’re charging higher for a piece of candy. And the “amazing view” is just the back of a highway!

You could see that it’s being renovated, but smells like “fresh paint”(feet). Rooms was nice but a little dirty, hair on the walls in shower and in the bed. Restroom floor was not mopped. The pool was offered but t when we were going to get in it was dirty and slimy. We will not be back but hope it gets better.

Arrived around midnight and no one was at the front desk. Called several times, you would think they’d carry a wireless phone when stepping away from the front desk but they don’t. Waited almost 30 mins for someone to check us in. The shower was dirty, the wall looked like the wall was wet and the walls next to one of the bed had dry boogers it grossed me out!!! Also they didn’t have much options for breakfast, they only had oatmeal waffles a few cereal and few fruits, we’ve gone to many other places and they offer omelettes, sausage, egg.

There were no parking lines so everyone was parked horribly and we had to park across the street, when we went to our room there were q tips on the floor and hair and old soap all over the bathroom. I went to take a shower and realized there was no shampoo, conditioner or toilet paper. The bathroom door did not properly shut. Overall very displeased with my stay. I will 100% not stay again and would not recommend to anyone.
