「Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze...

「Beautiful grounds and gardens. View from restaurant is stunning. Private parking was so helpful and provided peace of mind. Included breakfast is excellent! Rooms are adequate, but small. Beds were ok. Conveniently located to lake side park on one side and shops on the other. Restaurant food and service is very good! One of our favorite places on Lake Atitlan」

Such a beautiful place the staff was so nice and helpful even when I was leaving someone walked me all the way to the lancha and carried my luggage. The hotel looks 10 times better in person. 「Our stay at Casa Palopa was amazing. Not only was the property beautiful, but the service stood out above all else. Communication was very clear and exceeded all our expectations. The transfers were very well coordinated and our driver Martin was excellent! He picked us up from Antigua and then taking us to the airport early in the morning to catch an early flight. 「Poor communication to enter the property, had to wait outside for 10 minutes in the night. The owner eventually came to open the door, but calls and text were not answered. The owner was very nice and once inside was responsive to texts. The room was very pretty as well. 」
