“We had an amazing stay in Santiago Atitlán! The room was super spacious with four comfortable beds, very clean, and had a beautiful view overlooking the lake. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Atitlán. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Aldo, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. “Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.”
