Total Bliss!!!!

Just back from a week in this lovely villa - had a fabulous time - loved the complete and total privacy. Fabulous little touches from the welcome food and drink to the bread being delivered every day The property was spotless. There was nothing that we didn't have available to us in the villa. It is not a place I would recommend without a car mainly because of the size of the estate - tried three of the restaurants on the site and they were excellant . We never go back to the same place twice, but we will definately go back to this - loved it!!!! We had a small problem with the pool one morning and sent Carlos a text - SEVEN minutes later the pool man appeared and sorted the problem - fabulous customer service The property was everything that the pictures showed - we have already recommended it to friends Thanks Carlos!!!

Villa au sein du golf de Salobre

Villa plutôt bien équipée (il manquait juste des plats à mettre dans le four) avec lave linge, sèche linge et lave vaisselle. Le kit de bienvenue et le pain livré le matin sont un plus. La villa est très bien décorée. L’emplacement est assez isolé. Il y a heureusement une épicerie à l’entrée du golf. Les points négatifs : la procédure d’accueil est vraiment à revoir. Nous avons dû attendre plus d’une heure pour rentrer dans la villa alors que les clés étaient cachées dans le jardin! Nous n’avons jamais pu prendre nos petits déjeuners sur la terrasse car il y avait des travaux devant la villa et nous étions réveillés chaque matin par le bruit du marteau piqueur. Enfin nous n’avons pu profiter de la piscine qui n’était pas chauffée. Si nous voulions chauffer la piscine, on nous demandait 240€ pour 6 jours ce qui nous a paru injustifié d’autant que ce montant n’était pas indiqué sur le site au moment de la réservation.

Everything was super

The villa was wonderful: so quiet, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The service provided by VillaGranCanaria was first class : just call the bureau and they immediately sent someone to fix the problem. At our arrival we found bread, butter, marmelade, coffee, milk and juices in the fridge. That was a great help.!

Mooie villa op rustige locatie met prachtig uitzicht.

De ijskast was gevuld bij onze aankomst, elke morgen werden er broodjes afgeleverd aan de villa, ontbijt met zicht op de bergen en het golfterrein, een zithoek op het terras op de eerste verdieping, en een zwembad dat zorgt voor een welkome verfrissing... Wat kan je nog meer wensen ? Tip : huur een auto zodat je de stranden en duinen in de nabijheid kan verkennen.
