This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours.

When you leave the airport here in Gran Canaria, please take the exit SUR, which is the second exit, after passing the petrol station.
You drive the highway until the exit “Salobre Golf “, (exit sign nr. 53). Here you leave the highway, and drive up to the resort.
A security man will be on the gate, you only have to tell him the name of your booked villa and drive through.
To get to the Par4 Group.
You pass by the Hotel Sheraton, you will get to a circle - roundabout on your left hand side (DO NOT TURN RIGHT) on the roundabout go straight and more or less in 100m you will find a community of the houses called PAR 4.
For your easier access to the Par4 community introduce the code “484A” to open the barrier and enter with the car to the PAR4 Group.
The manual entrance is just for the first and last day, as with the key, you will also get a remote control for the gate.
The day of the departure, you leave the key either on the kitchen table.
