Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing southeast with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.

The ground floor consists of an open area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, connected through big glass sliding doors to a covered terrace, and a separate bedroom area with a king size bed and a private bathroom with shower. The first floor consists of one bedroom with a king size bed, a complete private bathroom and another bedroom with two twin beds. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden and a private, heated swimming pool.

Top quality materials have been used for its construction, including stone walls. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private parking space for one vehicle, included in the price. It also has access to a bigger swimming pool for common use by the surrounding villas. The golf resort urbanisation is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurants, and two complete golf courses, with special conditions for the guests of the villa. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.

Schönes Haus, toller Pool aber stellweise renovierungsbedürftig

Die Unterkunft ist stellenweise abgewohnt und müsste dringend erneut werden. 2 von 4 Liegen müssten dringend repariert werden. Geschirrspüler kann nur mit einem Trick geöffnet werden da der Griff abgebrochen ist. Der Wasserdruck im oberen Bad ist leider so schwach dass Haare waschen nicht möglich ist und zudem gibt es oben nur eine Badewanne, die eigentlich unserer Meinung nach unnötig ist und nur einen schlechten Abflussgeruch macht. Das Haus aber liegt sehr schön. Der Pool hatte zu unserer Reisezeit (April) den ganzen Tag Sonne und war super. Im Hotel nebenan kann man gegen vergünstigter Gebühr Fitness, Wellness und den Pool benutzen. Das Buffet ist sehr reichlich und schmeckt. Alles in allem war der Urlaub sehr schön. Bitte lieber Besitzer bisschen was renovieren und ändern dann wäre es toll.

Das Haus ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Top ausgestattet und die Umgebung ist auch sehr ruhig und angenehm. Auf Grund der Lage des Salobre Resorts sollte man einen Mietwagen haben. Das Resort war perfekt für Spaziergänge. Der private Pool ist nachmittags im Schatten. Man kann jedoch den Gemeinschaftspool benutzen der bis In den späten Nachmittag Sonne hat.

Good location and nice house

The house is spacious with a nice and open kitchen area. Outdoor pool is of medium size and well enough, garden enough for 4-5 sunbeds. The interior of house is a bit worn out , especially on the upper floor, but nothing too bad. For winter months, the placement of the garden (where the sunbeds are) is not optimal (facing east) because the sun is only present between (approx) 10 and 15 and the sun never reach the terrace. It can get a bit chilly in the shade. With that in mind, some planning is needed to catch the sun : ) The neighbour area is a golfcourse wich is very nice to walk around. There are bicycles to rent and we really recommend to do a breakfast at the close by hotel - it was fantastic ! Landlord is helpful and reply quicly over whatsapp when something is needed or missing. All in all a very good stay !

Having only stayed in one other villa apart from this one, we are new to this, however there are a few points I think that could improve this villa. Firstly there was no information about the villa or the area. Our previous villa had a book containing information about local restaurants and attractions and I found that very useful. I know you can look on google or tripadvisor but we tried that with a few outings and it didn’t work out too well. Regarding the villa we couldn’t get the TV to play any English channels and also found a few sockets and lights didn’t work. Some more outside lights would be good for the evening too. The upstairs bathroom could also do with a bit of a spruce up. On our last day we had a late flight and Heni our contact was very helpful.

Dream stay for our familymoon

I can start by recommending suite dreams who let the property. They supplied a WhatsApp number which I could message them on at anytime with any issues and they sorted everything quickly. Very minor things like finding the washing machine! ( it’s half way down down the spiral staircase). The property was spotless and offered everything a home from home should the only thing lacking was English tv channels but to be honest who wants to be inside when it’s so gorgeous outside! The pool is just stunning and is kept spotless as is the garden, both were tended to during our stay. The air conditioning in every room is very useful and the beds although firm were comfortable. For a rental villa approx 10 years old it’s in very good condition and has been looked after. The kitchen is very functional and we wanted to nothing. I would recommend a car as the location is a little out the way but only 15 mins to Maspalomas / playa del ingles and 20 mins to Puerto Rico so it’s well positioned. The golf resort is just glorious and the view is great. Also sign posted very well from the motorway so it’s easy to find. The villa is very peaceful and as a couple with a 2 year old we all had a great time relaxing and heading out later on, there is also a baby gate at the top of the stairs and a travel cot if required. We hope to visit Lagos villa 7 again in the future.

Villa in good location within this resort. Quiet area

The villa is spacious. There were minor repairs required to keep it acceptable for renting. Would have liked more English channels on tv. Beds could be more comfortable. We had no pool facilities for over half our stay. We had specifically wanted the private pool for our 3 children. The holiday company will compensate for this & suggested we use the hotel pool. It was very upsetting for our children to have an empty or cold pool outside our door especially as we specifically wanted/paid for one. Do not come here if you wish to road bike. This resort has no access road to the cycling routes as it’s on the motorway. Therefore our cyclist had to be driven to/from 20 min round trip to access the cycling routes. Hotel, facilities & it’s staff are great & to be recommended. We enjoyed our stay & I enjoyed partaking in the hotel’s fitness/wellbeing events. Hotel buffet is expensive for party of 5 for what the children ate. 9 year old only ate plate of chips that equated to €17.50! 13 year old ate very little more for €35! I would return to enjoy the hotel facilities and would stay in the hotel next time.

Leuk huis voor 6-tal personen

Leuke moderne villa, gelegen aan golfterrein. De slaapkamers zijn vrij klein, het huis lijkt me gemaakt voor 2 koppels vergezeld van 2 kinderen. De ontvangst werd snel afgehaspeld, bij problemen kwam er wel zeer snelle en vriendelijke hulp. Douchen kon enkel in 1 badkamer, boiler van 100 liter vereiste goede planning. Tweede badkamer had geen douche maar groot bad, waarschijnlijk enkel te gebruiken als niemand anders moest douchen. Zwembad passend verwarmd. Zeer goede ligging, in de buurt van stranden en ook prachtige wandelingen op een half uurtje rijden. Heerlijk restaurant El Labrador ook snel met wagen bereikbaar. De Spar op het terrein is ook zeer handig, het restaurant hebben we niet uitgeprobeerd. Gezien de beperkte afmetingen toch vrij duur.
