「We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!」

「Très bon accueil et propreté irréprochable. Appartement très spacieux avec une vue magnifique et très bien situé pour visiter la région. Idéal pour notre groupe d'amis, chacun sa chambre et sa salle de bain. Le seul petit point négatif est que les équipements de la cuisine ne sont pas vraiment adaptés pour un groupe nombreux. 「WOW! Beautiful apartment in a perfect location! Short walk to beaches, restaurants, sights and transportation. Flower, produce and fish markets. Local Tapas bars and food of your choice. It has such a lovely neighborhood feel, we were sorry to leave. It is decorated nicely, has all the essentials anyone would need. The balcony was incredible! The host was quick to respond and so helpful with anything we needed! Wonderful family they are! We dream of returning someday!」

「San Sabastian is a very popular destination, especially during the weekends. Although the apartment was in a great location, the noise level at night was a bit much. During the week it is much quieter with less tourists. Any issues we had was dealt with in a very timely fashion by the managing agent.」

「This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b」
