The staff were wonderful and great location. However, the rooms really need an update. Also, the windows did not close properly and you can hear the street cars all night long.

The property is old but in mostly good condition. The elevator doesn't go to theb5th floor and I had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. I'm 70 years old. There was a young man at the desk that was rude to me on separate occasions. He soeaks a little English. He called my room and told me breakfast hours were 7-10 and I thanked him. He asked what time I would eat and I replied between 7-10. He was insisting because they had a group that I would commit to a time. Im on vacation with my wife and I'll eat breakfast during the designated hours and not when some rude kid tells me I have to give a time. I'm the paying guest and of you want my business, you'll treatbme as a guest. Most of your staff were pleasant.

El hotel está muy céntrico, están cerca los restaurantes más icónicos, tiendas, chocolaterías, etc. Las excursiones que tomé, todas pasaban por mí al frente del hotel por lo céntrico. El personal es muy educado y alegre. La comida del desayuno estuvo muy bien, muy variado. Hace falta un poco de proteína (el huevo lo venden por aparte). La habitación muy limpia y en buen estado estructural. Hay buena calefacción. El tomacorrientes está escondido entre la cama y la pared por lo que si quiere usar el celular mientras lo carga hay que mover la cama para hacerlo. Creo que fue el mejor lugar que pude visitar al precio que pagué.

Ótima escolha para Bariloche

Excelente escolha em Bariloche, o hotel atende muito bem. Limpeza excelente, ótima localização, com estacionamento. Café da manhã segue o padrão argentino. O diferencial foi o atendimento, todos os funcionários muito educados, simpáticos e solícitos. A equipei foi muito paciente porque viajamos com nossa filha bebê e guardamos comida congelada na cozinha do hotel e precisávamos com alguma frequência retirar, esquentar no microondas e voltar a guardar, e todos foram prestrativos.

Atendimento muito cordial, todos os recepcionistas muito simpáticos, localização do hotel excelente, meu quarto era bem espaçoso, calefação funcionando muito bem, roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Apenas o café da manhã que tinha poucas opções de proteína, muitos pães e doces, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência.

Hotel bem localizado e bom café

Hotel muito bom. Ótima localização, café da bom manhã, cama confortável, estacionamento gratuito. As únicas observações são: quarto barulhento, por causa do elevador (emitia ruídos altos o tempo todo) e do piso do corredor (quando os hóspedes andavam, fazia muito barulho). Poderiam trocar o elevador por outro silencioso e colocar carpete no piso do corredor para amenizar o ruído ao pisar. Os hóspedes deveria ser orientados a fazer menos barulho de madrugada, ao saírem do quarto para passeios.
