While parking is not free, its location is great. We had an EV rental and the front desk helped us with getting the charger started which was very appreciated. "The room was clean and modern and had a great view of the mountains. I especially liked how the bed faced the windows so you can wake up to great views. The hotel also had good self service facilities for drinking water, hot water and ice. The ice came in useful as I injured myself during a walk and it was useful for cold compression. The staff was friendly and on hand to answer queries. Breakfast was decent too. The location was really convenient as it was near the main bus stop service especially if you plan on spending most of the trip in Ortisei. The hotel came with a free bus pass for the entire stay. I am already planning my next trip to the Dolomites and will be looking to staying here again."

The hotel staff was wonderful and provided excellent recommendations ( like taking bus to Ortisei and not driving) and lending extra hiking back packs and poles. The rooms were beautifully appointed, clean and the location In Town was perfect. The restaurant and bar were lovely food was very good. We will recommend the hotel for sure."

"Staff were always willing to help, very kind and patient too. Room was OK, balcony was on the smaller side, but big enough for us, bed super comfortable, slept very very well, the shower however was extremely small. Breakfast is pretty standard pastries, toast, jams, hams, cheese etc, worked well for us.. the coffee on the other hand is not great at all, and the fruit juiceachine was all out of juice too. We enjoyed our stay, thank you to all the staff, upgrading our room for us, finding us extra pillows, and even extra cherry jam too!"

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
