Designed for the remote traveler or small family getaway, this cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with room on the pullout couch to fit a total of 6 guests. The bedrooms offer maximum comfort with 12 inch memory foam beds, blackout curtains and ceiling fans.
Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, 40 inch smart tv and an in unit washer and dryer in the closet. If you need to get some work done, the master also has a desk and chair where you can take advantage of our high speed wifi to keep you connected and productive.
The second bedroom is on the smaller side but does not lack comfort or coziness with its full size 12 inch memory foam bed and ceiling fan. Under the bed you will find a 2 drawer clothing storage to unpack your clothes. Additional storage space can be found in the master closet.

The full bathroom with shower and tub is newly renovated and sparkling clean. It is a Jack & Jill layout with both bedrooms having door access to the shared bathroom.

Street parking is available outside the unit and paid lots can be found across the street and nearby.

☀ The home has an exterior Ring security camera that faces the front door entrance to ensure safety and occupancy limits are not being exceeded. It is not located inside the home. A Minut noise monitor is on the ceiling of the kitchen to ensure noise levels do not reach inappropriate levels that would disturb the neighbors. It does not monitor what anyone is saying. Both of these will be on during your stay.
☀ Since we are located in the BEST location, parking can be a challenge by the beach. We have no reserved parking spaces. Parking is available on the street. There is a paid diamond parking lot across the street and down the street as well.
☀This prime location is located near the best nightlife of pacific beach. Guests can expect to hear street noise at night.
☀ This property has 5 apartments on it. Our 3 units share one building and the back of the property has another 2 units with long term renters. The entrance to the complex is shared with the other tenants as well as the front yard area with picnic tables. Each unit has its own private picnic table.
☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed once you book your reservation.
☀ Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host, with no refund and minimum $500 fee.

Rental Agreement

Guest, and
Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).
THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.
OCCUPANCY TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates. Check in shall be no earlier than the standard check in time on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than the standard check out time on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out. For any request to occupy a property in excess of 2 days, a separate agreement shall be required.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A noise monitor may be used to monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 0 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 0 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.
OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of 6 guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.
BOOKING FEES. Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU) Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. By signing this Agreement, Guest authorizes Host to charge the credit card provided as needed to cover any costs incurred under this Agreement. Again, this DOES NOT apply to Airbnb guests.
Credit Card Processing Fees & Cancellations (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU): All reservations are subject to a non-refundable credit card processing fee. If a reservation is canceled within the refund-eligible period, the refund will be issued minus the credit card processing fee, which is equal to 5% of the total reservation amount. These fees are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered. By booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
