  • Just a 30-sec walk to the beach, this 2nd-floor apartment has original 1930s wood floors and 1 full-size parking spot.

    Things to be aware of before you book:
    - Minimum age to book is 25. No exceptions.
    - Not all of our neighbors are on vacation. In accordance with San Diego law, at no time of day are guests allowed to have loud gatherings, excessive noise or amplified music loud enough to bother the neighbors and other vacation renters.
    - Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Great Time in Mission Beach!

We had an awesome time at this property, just as advertised and very quite at night. Close to the boardwalk/beach and in a section of Mission Beach that is not commercial, so no noisey crowds or loud parties. We were fornuate enough to meet the owners, who were in their larger unit on the property getting ready for the season, and they were very nice and accomidating. I would definatelty stay again!

We love this darling "dollhouse" retreat! Clean, cozy, and just 1 block from the beach, restaurants, and nearby activities, it is the perfect place to stay for some relaxing beach time! Our family looks forward to coming every year and we can't wait to go again!

Clean, beautiful and well organized little cottage! So close to the beach, airport and downtown. Great for small families...they even have a high chair.
