This was our 4th time spending 4th of July weekend here and everything went really well. Got to the property early and was given a key to enjoy the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. Room was clean. Had a cabana reserved for Saturday and Clara was awesome, made sure everything went smoothly with that. Activities like popcorn, temporary tattoos, watermelon eating contest were fun (only thing was yoga instructor being a little late one day then setting up in a corner as if she didn't want anyone to show up) and pool DJ Dan Diego was awesome! Daniel and Jonathan were our pool servers and they were good and efficient for serving so many people. Our body wash needed a refill and the staff refilled our coffee pods with decaf instead of regular but those are minor complaints. Firewood came with our room and it was brought quickly when we called for it. Covewood for breakfast and dinner.. tasty both times (only thing to inform you ahead of time is that the food takes a while so don't come starving and bring something extra to keep your little ones entertained!) I especially loved the caramel croissant bread pudding dessert! Lastly, the only thing I would change are the guests who let their kids act obnoxiously at the pool (as if it's not a shared public space) but that's not to any fault of the resort (well, the staff could be a little more firm: no dogs in pool area, if no guests in pool area then no exceptions, signage with no horseplay/be respectful to other guests).
