「已是第二次住宿這酒店, 只是今次因酒店入住率太高原固, 沒法安排高樓層房間, 但舒適及整潔度仍保持水準, 管房職員很細心, 要求很快回應. 早餐中西式都可口. 可能入住率高令前台服務有些微失準, 朋友在退房前一日送來文件, 但到退房後仍未被告之, 要再三問到才發現文件留在concierge, 幸好及時收到而不致去到機場才發覺.」

「早上9點多到酒店打算先寄存行李出去玩，想不到馬上有房間可以checkin，很驚喜。房間很乾淨，隔音尚可，酒店來說算ok。酒店sell智能，但是智能得有些奇怪，一坐下馬桶就自動噴水，可是用完站起來反而沒有自動沖水，房間的燈好像只能選擇「柔和」/「明亮」，想要只開洗手間的燈好像做不到。浴室沒有多餘平面可擺放物件，不太方便。廁所的門永遠關不緊，會自己打開。早餐選擇算多，但素質普普。送餐機器人很方便有趣，可以叫美團試試。總體來說還是很不錯。員工/清潔阿姨都很友善，地點超方便，就在豫園對面。」

「숙소 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 프랑스 조계지 중심에 있어서 근처에 예쁜 카페, 식당들도 많고 큰 쇼핑센터도 있어서 걸어서 다니기 좋아요. 그리고 숙소 인테리어가 너무 좋습니다. 3충 발코니에 앉아서 맥주 한잔하기도 너무 좋고요. 단지 욕실이 좀 작다는 점은 감안하셔야 할 듯 합니다. 전반적으로 너무 좋은 숙소 였습니다.」
