「Fantastic hotel, great staff and service. Everything was on point.」

「I like the river view of my room and this is my 2nd time visit in 2026. Deeply appreciate for the birthday cake and roses from the hotel.」

「Clean room, very friendly staff. All request were promptly answered. Breakfast buffet could use more variety.」

「位置难找，房间极小，且条件差」

「地點實在是太好了，但設施有點舊，不過飯店就有充電怪獸非常棒。」

「Location is good but rooms have musty smell. The plug for hair dryer kept coming off from the main socket. Cleanliness was average. We were disappointed that we were given city view instead of the bund view even though we have booked for 8 days. Should have indicated if not cancel the booking. He even gave us the wrong key for one of our rooms and we have to keep all our...

In terms of breakfast, it is actually not delicious, there are not many choices, and the quality is average. However, the staff have a good service attitude,...

「amazing service from check-in to room service. The breakfast buffet was a bit manic but it was probably more to do with the fact that so many flights have been canceled and the hotel was completely full we really enjoyed our stay would highly recommend paying a little extra for the tower rooms request floors 21 to 26 in room 65 which has a direct view of the pearl Tower simply amazing! Soak in the bathtub and take in the Bund by night and the Pearl Tower directly in front of you. fantastic ...

「地點太方便，行人徒步區很大，逛街很舒服，美食精華區。」

「沒有特別意見」

「This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! The shower drain was a...
