「This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout.

「The hotel is not as advertised. Photos posted in hotels.com isn’t updated. Renovated after covid and is not as glamorous as shown. There is a big construction site in front of the hotel which starts work from 6am. Cannot sleep well as the aircon is so noisy. No breakfast and no swimmming pool. The gym is tiny」

「Front desk manager Ms. Eris，

「Clean room, very friendly staff. All request were promptly answered. Breakfast buffet could use more variety.」
