「Room was clean but air conditionning going on and off. Breakfast had to be laid through an application that Canadian people cannot down load and personnel was not that opened to help us. We needed help from another Canadian lady that spoke chinese.」

「酒店位置於陸家嘴商圈內，距城商路地鉄9号線3号出口約450米距離，鄰近多個大型商場，購物商舖和餐廳林立，位置極佳。但酒店在一幢2O多層的商廈內只佔6及7两層樓，電梯是共用。大部份房間是無觀景的裝飾窗户。自助早餐尚算可以。」

「酒店设施有点老，住过多家文华这是唯一没有Toto的。还没有化妆镜。 酒店服务还可以。因为有点偏，给住店客人提供2公里免费接驳服务。去IFC、东方明珠、正大广场都方便。 早餐不错，选择很多。感觉是个好一点的商务酒店。」

「員工的熱忱服務與協助，令人敬佩，一定會再來住的 然而，衛浴的設施有些難用😭，工程師上來幫忙雖然功能正常，仍常常不能正常使用」
