"very very great experience . French deco , black and white style with elegance. The room is WOW , you can get “Closer” to the city by just walking into the balcony. The staffs are so helpful and everything is organized very well. The location is super super great at the heart of Shanghai, just 3 min away from the city museum / metro station / big shopping malls. "

All the staff were great and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Johnny Chan, I hope I got his surname correct, at reception took his time to make sure we booked the correct rooftop bar and that the timings fitted in with the show we were going to later. He even made sure about the traffic conditions and the whole evening went seamlessly in due to his help. "
