Great Beach Home

My family has stayed in Mission Beach many times and this was one of our favorite homes to stay in. This home has plenty of room to spread out, lots of upgrades, great outdoor space and the location is great. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Stay in Perfect Location

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house on Mission Beach. Perfect location; walking distance to Boardwalk and many restaurants, coffee shops etc. Very clean and well stocked home with every kind of amenity you could think of. Loved the extras such as skin boards, beach chairs and beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. Have already booked a return trip to this wonderful home!

The home is beautiful, is located in premier spot on the beach. Master bed is comfortable and kitchen is gorgeous. I do wish the couch was more comfortable for night time relaxing in the living room, but that does not deter me from renting the home every summer.

Reef Break 1-- Amazing Rental and Fantastic Rental Team

Reef Break 1, the ocean front property in San Diego, was amazing. The space was clean, well appointed, and easy to access based on the provided instructions. The Surf Style Team was also amazing. They helped me navigate an error I made on the reservation and quickly remedied it so my family could still book the house for our vacation. I will definitely book again with this group the next time we are visiting San Diego. Thanks again!

Large Garage Easy Beach Access

The garage at this place (booked the bottom floor unit) was huge, which is a great bonus for the area. We had a family of 5, so parking a full size SUV was a necessity. Large windows facing the beach were great for sunsets. Kids were able to play in the sand/water every day when we returned from adventuring around San Diego. Be sure to buy some firewood and make s'mores on the pit outside. Management was quick to answer all of our questions - no issues with house or appliances, etc.

I love the house. It is clean the view is awesome. Location is perfect with beachview. Love the kitchen and bedrooms. Beds are comfortable. Upgraded appliances, all the basic pots, pans, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs. My only complaint is there is limited comfortable seating area in the living room for the family to watch a movie at night. I will come back.

Amazing Getaway

My family had a chance to stay at the beautiful property for a college graduation. Oftentimes, the pictures in the listing are far different than the experiences in person. That was NOT the case with this amazing property. The amenities were aplenty, the furnishings were beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. Nothing like sipping your morning coffee (or evening wine) with the sights and sounds of the waves crashing just a few feet away. If you are still looking to see whether or not this is the right place for you, stop and book. We will be back!

This is an exceptional home!

This is our fourth year renting a vacation home on Mission Beach. This home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures show. We have come to expect some degree of wear and tear, especially with the ocean air, in the vacation homes in the past. This home is the exception! Every room was spotless. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and is stocked with the basics. Large sliding glass doors also has screened doors to keep the flies out. Large comfortable patio including a real wood burning fire pit for s'mores. You must buy your own wood. We had one issue which property management took care of within 24 hours. We will be returning next year.

Beautiful home right on the beach with lots of room! It was perfect for our girls trip and close to lots of restaurants and shops. They could use more kitchen supplies and loungers for the patio, but otherwise was the perfect vacation rental. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Beach House

Great Location

Beautiful Home and great location right on the beach to enjoy Mission Beach and the parade of interesting people cruising by! Just note - there is contruction next store, but we were fortunate that there was no activity while we were there.

San Diego paradise!

This was my first time with VRBO, I highly recommend it! From the pictures (all were authentic) to the ease of reserving to the actural stay wihch all were met with courtsey, ease and on-going communication. I highly recommend skipping the hotel experience and using VRBO especially a stay in San Diego!! Will use again for sure!

Great condo in a great localtion
