Nestled in one of the city’s top neighborhoods, it’s surrounded by scenic trails & golf courses—yet just a short drive from San Diego’s famous beaches and main attractions. An artistic retreat that blends comfort, convenience, and inspiration—perfect for dreaming and unwinding.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and sits on a spacious private lot behind the gates.
The space
Step into a home that radiates artistic personality and a creative atmosphere. This spacious 2-story retreat is filled with curated framed art that gives the space a one-of-a-kind charm and character—a home that won’t leave anyone indifferent. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, it offers 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a private backyard oasis with a pool, hot tub, firepit, and BBQ island—perfect for your Southern California escape.

Step inside the open-concept first floor, where the bright living room flow into a modern fully equipped kitchen and family room with Smart TV and indoor fireplace. From there, walk straight out to your lush backyard paradise—perfect for sunbathing, entertaining, or unwinding under the stars.

Upstairs, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms, including a king-size master suite with ensuite bath and Smart TV. All rooms have AC, blackout shades, and locking doors for comfort and privacy.
