  • A Beach Paradise is an oasis right on Mission Beach and awaits your arrival. With traquill settings and amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, you will feel so relaxed and ready to unwind, have fun and enjoy all the ammenities that Mission Beach has to offer. This condo is on the 2nd floor with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The amazing qualities is that it's just a short walk to many shops and restaurants. Walk down a few steps and out the front door and you're on the beach. This condo sits right on the boardwalk and has it's own private balcony for you to sit out and enjoy people watching, surfers, and even our friendly dolphins that ride the waves right in front of you. If you fancy a walk to the bay it's just right across the blvd where you can also see the fireworks from Sea World ( Pending yearly, but have been offered lately) Enojoy the World Famous San Diego Zoo. There is even a small amusement park with roller coaster, and many new rides for the entire family to enjoy. Meanwhile, you do have all the luxuries of home, including a full size washer/dryer, Beach chairs and umbrella too. There are two private off street parking spaces as well.
    There is a common area on the first floor to sit and relax and watch the sunset. Call today and let your dream vacation begin.
    Parking: This unit one exterior space for at least a large SUV. Or if you have 2 regular size cars, parking for 2.

Our stay at this Mission Beach condo was absolutely incredible! The condo was spotless, welcoming, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The view was breathtaking—we never got tired of looking out over the beach.The location couldn't have been better. We were within easy walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment, making it easy to enjoy everything Mission Beach has to offer without constantly needing to drive.Most importantly, we made some unforgettable memories here with our family, and this condo was the perfect place to do it. Our host, Cindy, was phenomenal—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.This was a truly stellar experience, and we fully intend to return. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing beachfront getaway!

Beds were very comfy. And our host was the most wonderful person ever. We loved the view and location. The kitchen had everything we needed.It is truly a wonderful place!I would definitely recommend this place.

The location of the property and manager, Cindy, were excellent. Very close to Belmont Park and restaurants in area and the beachfront was great!! We had an issue with the internet and cable due to storms and Cindy was super responsive in getting the problem resolved. Kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in a VRBO we have stayed. Condo was comfortable and clean. The only reason I did not rate as a 5 overall was the unit is need of some TLC as far as paint/wear and tear and some worn out furnishings. We were there for the outdoors and was still comfortable and clean.

Really Enjoyed Our Stay!

We felt very well taken care of by Cindy both before and during our stay. You can’t beat the location! Our family of 5 all loved the condo and its amenities. We would most definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a awesome beach vacation.

Great location right on the beach. Enjoyed watching people go by on the boardwalk from the deck. Condo was clean and had everything you would need.

Beach vacation

I would highly recommend this property for a vacation spot, everything was within walking distance. We had a wonderful time people watching the people going to Santacon, also had a wonderful dinner at Eddie V’s which is also close by! Cindy the manager is awesome and always has her phone on.

Great location!

This propertys location was great, steps from the sand, and easy parking. Cindy was great and provided us with anything that we needed. The condo was clean, the beds were comfy and had everything we needed for our family vacation. I would rent again!

Our visit to San Diego was perfect. The property manager was responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure times. The condo was in the perfect location to everything whether by car or walking. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. e needed.

Great location

The property was great! Our family enjoyed being so close to Belmont Park that we would make the walk over every day. The condo was very clean and had everything that you could ask for. The parking situation was excellent as you can use the spot as a pull through. We will definitely be back.
