Summary:

This separate and private accommodation is the first level of our Mission Bay home.



Furnished studio with a spacious living area that includes 2 chairs. A meal prep counter that includes a dual hot plate, microwave, air-fryer, toaster, K-cup coffee maker and fridge. A bathroom that includes a large walk in shower with a rain head along with a body wand. A comfortable king bed and vinyl floors throughout.



You also get a separate entrance, your own enclosed patio.



The Space:

Modern and cool with high end finishes.



Guest Access:

Completely private space...I love to greet my guests and I am always upstairs if you need me for anything.



The Neighborhood:

Mission Bay/Bay Park is a queit residential neighborhood that is literally smack in the middle of everything that San Diego has to offer...in 20 minutes you can visit just about every place you would want to visit in San Diego.



Getting Around:

We always recommend a car to get around San Diego, but we are a just quick 5-10 minute walk to the Clairemont Dr. trolley station if you wish to use transit during your visit and Uber/Lyft are also very convenient in San Diego. Street parking is readily available and free right around the corner from this unit.



Other Things to Note:

If you wish to bring a pet, please note that there will be an additional $150 pet fee that is due at booking and we don't allow cats in this property. Please contact host for any questions.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals



Interaction with Guests:

I love to rent this portion of my home because of the wonderful guests that come to visit and become friends. Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
