Crown Point Beach Oasis - 2 Blocks to the Bay!!

This cozy and charming beach pad is two blocks from Mission Bay and walking distance to several amazing dining options. Just a quick bike ride to both Sea World and the Pacific Ocean! All amenities provided to make you feel completely at home:) Crown Point is on the outskirts of Pacific Beach and is much quieter and bit more mellow. It is more of a family community and the heart of the town is focused around the bay. The bay is not nearly as crowded and crazy as the ocean/boardwalk and in our minds is a lot more peaceful!

Couple’s getaway in a quiet neighborhood

Spacious, immaculate property with everything you need. Located at the back of the owner’s property — very safe and private. Great kitchen and lovely little patio with bbq too! Two blocks from the bay and a wide multi-use path that goes for miles. Hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful little cottage in a fantastic safe location. Trish & Brad have supplied everything you could possibly need for a comfortable home from home stay, and the personal little touches they provided were just so lovely. Perfect location!

Trish & Brad are amazind hosts providing everything we needed for our 7 night stay and very responsive. The house was clean and comfortable, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with parking and 2 blocks from the bay. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was exactly as we expected, and then more. Brad and Trish have a really welcoming home and we were able to have some much needed relaxation, and tacos, and maybe a few margaritas.

Nice house in quiet area

The property was perfect for me, traveling alone it afforded everything I needed. Was steps away from the beach and a great little cafe and coffee shop. Parking was easy, right in front of the house. Very quiet neighborhood and tucked away behind the main house and fence felt very secure.

Wonderful Stay Close to the Beach

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the short walk to the beach! The property also has a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy a nice meal or drink outside! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic home, location and hosts

Fabulous location, clean and comfortable home, and wonderful/responsive hosts. We enjoyed walking to the nearby cafe for coffee in the mornings and daily walks on Mission Bay. We will definitely stay at this location again the next time we are in San Diego.

Convenient location

Great location for walking and jogging. Near two bays with wide walkways around both. Grocery store nearby and easy access when driving. The little house was neat and clean. Had all the amenities of home and well supplied. The hosts were very gracious and willing to help us if needed. Will go again to this little vacation oasis!

Awesome time !

My wife and I had an awesome time at Trish and Brads bungalow. This was our 3rd visit and we only wish that we could have stayed longer. The bungalow is just like the pictures. In one word “immaculate” ! Hopefully we’ll be able to return to Mission Bay in the near future and spend some more relaxing time. Thanks !! 😎👍🏻
