Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are 20 Mins from Downtown , or 20 mins to beaches, has a place for 10 People, excellent backyard with grill and sit out. Air hockey for guests to enjoy. Fully stocked Kitchen. The house is 2 story with all 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

Table Tennis, Giant corn hole, 4-in-a-row games in the backyard.

Garage is converted to Game Room with Pool Table, Hoops and more.

Excellent house

The house was excellent - clean, comfortable, well-organized, and with a nice backyard area. The games were a nice touch for all - including our adult children. The location is excellent in terms of access to a nearby shopping center. Communication with Ajit was prompt and very good. A few minor glitches (e.g., short on some linens and a few cleaning items - which were subsequently brought) meant the consensus of the group was to rate the stay as almost 5 stars, but just a little short for this trip. I feel confident the relatively minor issues would be addressed in the future. I highly recommend the house.
