This charming unit is perfect for couples or families. It is a ground floor level with a recently remodeled kitchen and offers all the conveniences of home. This unit comes with WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT, CABLE TV in Living Room and Bedrooms, DVD and VCR, MICROWAVE, GAS BARBECUE and FIREPLACE. Two narrow parking spaces also come with this unit.

We take pride in keeping our property clean and in good condition.

This property is in a great location, you are just steps away from the beach and the bay. Restaurants, biking, sailing, surfing, volley ball and shopping are all within walking distance. There is something for everyone at Mission Beach!

A fantastic 2 bed 2 bath duplex with highly desirable 2 parking spots. Its location is wonderful: 100 yards to Mission Bay and 150 yards to Mission Beach. The unit is large, well equipped, clean and comfortable. If you’re a walker, the boardwalks on either side are beautiful. Beaches, restaurants, and everything else San Diego has to offer, it’s as good as it gets. Marcy as an owner is simply the best. She’ll assure you enjoy your stay.

Clean and comfy, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, appliances, easy to get to the beach and the bay. Marcy, the owner, is great to respond to questions or concerns. Our only issue was noise from Mission Blvd. The side of the house is right next to the street.

The condo was great. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. Beds and pillows were all comfy and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had rented a full sized sedan which barely fit in our appointed parking spot, especially when an SUV parked across the alley from our parking stall. I think this drawback is important to know before booking this condo. A full sized SUV would never have fit, and street parking is almost always full.

Great Stay in Mission Beach!

We just wrapped up our second stay at this property, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic — just steps from the beach and close to everything Mission Beach has to offer. The house itself is well maintained, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.The owner is very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciate. Parking is tight (our mid-sized SUV used every inch of the spot!), but that’s pretty typical for the area. The master bed was a bit firm for my achey back, and the cooking pans could use an upgrade, but those were minor things that didn’t take away from a great experience overall.We would happily stay here again — and already have! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a beach getaway in San Diego.

Communication with Marcy was excellent! We had 2 minor issues that were addressed immediately.Condo was immaculate, beds were comfortable, furnishings very nice and comfortable. If you want to walk along the beach or bay areas you're right there.We enjoyed visiting the fabulous zoo and a few of the museums at Balboa Park along with Seaport Village and Birch aquarium. Heads up--1/2 of the aquarium is closed for renovations. Great San Diego stay!
