While the location was convenient, we experienced internet and tv service being down. Upon booking we thought breakfast would be available and even the photos looked like breakfast would be available (for an additional charge) but it wasn’t even an option for Hilton guests (only Homewood Suites) despite the front desk person who checked us in telling us it was available a la carte from 6:30-10:00 am. We were on the 2nd floor and the walls felt paper thin as we could hear the next room over talk about their outings at 1 am and any guests walking down the hall. Staff did fix the internet issue but failed to notify us that At&T was coming up and when they did come up they left screws on the floor which is hazardous for a crawling 10 month old.

Customer Service is not a part of this company’s standards, each person I encountered did not show any hospitality From checking into the room to finding out tv remote didn’t work & getting worse response to find out the cause, it took to much effort to get anything done same night. Next day asked for housekeeping prior to leaving & being gone all day, only to return No housekeeping. Spoke with a manager at front desk, only to say I didn’t request 24hrs prior, well we checked in after 11pm, was kit disclosed this info at all. Not to mention wasn’t the nicest manager. Oh and the kicker, you have to valet- no other parking option $55 per night. That wasn’t disclosed either upon arrival. A response I got, it’s posted on all platforms you book with. Checked my email & I’m afraid it’s not. This was my husband birthday weekend & this hotel kinda ruined my mood. I paid over $500 with a non disclosed deposit. So it’s very irritating to deal with all these issues & management/ employees could care less. And our room was facing rail road tracks

The breakfast on the photos is not what you are going to get. Do not pay for breakfast when booking! You will have to pay $64 and get a voucher for only $56 to use at a restaurant. You will lose $8! Plus you have to convince the front desk to give you the voucher, which he won’t, so you have to talk to multiple people and have the restaurant manager go convince the hotel front desk to give him your voucher. The breakfast is an absolute SCAM!

Didn’t have a great experience. Staff wasn’t friendly made me feel like I was in the wrong hotel , anytime I asked a question about where something was they said “what’s the room number” as if I was an intruder never said hello to me not once my whole visit. Also wasn’t aware of the 55 dollar mandatory Vallet.. it says “parking available” on the website also says breakfast available. So I’m thinking complimentary breakfast. No it’s a restaurant so it’s all very false advertising & as a single mom of 2 I booked cause I thought it was all included all the extra money I had was gone. Worst experience ever
