My favorite hotel in San Diego. Staff is always helpful, kind and professional. The rooms are comfortable, clean, eclectic and possibly the best minibar selection of top shelf products anywhere. The property invites you to discover and play and socialize. The bar and food programs are superb.

It was during xmas season, so it was crazy busy. Lot of so called influencers taking pics all over the place, which was annoying. Couldn't check in til after 4pm, but staff were all friendly and the place was beautifully decorated. Rooms are good size with an incredible mini-bar, never seen one like it. Would likely stay again, we are local so don't stay in hotels in SD much.

Such a beautiful hotel. It was my first time and it was such an aesthetically pleasing hotel lobby & room. I did have some minor issues but not enough to rate it low. The conditioner and body wash bottles were empty. There was hair left behind from someone else on the towels and I felt as though the bathroom could’ve been cleaned a lot better. There was no do not disturb sign in our room, but not a huge deal. Definitely an older hotel so that is definitely the vibe. I would stay here again.
