  • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. This rental is serviceable but is either not a full time rental or is a new rental that is not well appointedPros- one mile to the beach, close to many grocery option, big kitchen islandCons- no renter information in the house, no check in info sent and only a code shared after requested, 6 plates and bowls, four glasses (in a rental with room for 10 guests), no beach chairs or towels, portable A/C (but the vent duct was missing so hot air blew out the back), only four stools at the island (the indoor eating space), uncomfortable couches, half the window screens are missing, general handyman work is needed
