Horrible host communication. Good location
Our visit did not start off well. We got a email for accessing the unit and there was no info. Contacyed the host with no response and called Vrbo. They did not answer Vrbo and when the host finally responded they just kept stating that we had been given access information when we had not. She would not take any of the phone calls from Vrbo and they confirmed that access information had not been provided for the vacation rental.
Tell me it will be provided at 4:00 on the nose and that’s fine but don’t lie and say I’m just not seeing it. I spent an hour our first evening trying to figure out access and where we would be staying since we had an event to leave to 30 min after checkin.
The patio was smaller than advertised but the view and sound of ocean were nice. We did not utilize the kitchen to cook. Bedroom was comfortable but there were no lightbulbs in the floor lamp. Since she wouldn’t respond for access info we don’t even bother contacting her on the lightbulbs.
There is limited parking in the neighborhood but it seemed safe enough. It did not other us but just be aware you can hear the occupant upstairs when he leaves his unit he is exiting over the bedroom. Extra blankets, sand toys and a boogie board provided. The pillows were memory foam and just ok.
