Air conditioning is in the common areas and can cool down the entire unit with the bedroom doors ajar. There are ceiling fans in each room.

No smoking and no pets allowed on the premises (this includes backyard area.)

There are active security cameras on the exterior of the property.

There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed.

Parking notes:

There are two dedicated, off street parking spots.

Early Check Ins and Late Check Outs are available based on occupancy.

Early Check Ins before 12pm are $100 and between 12-3pm for $50.

Late Check outs before 1pm are $50 and between 1-3pm for $100.
