满意：清洁度、入住、沟通体验、位置、展示内容准确性
The host is really great with communications in making sure we were comfortable. The place was just not as furnished as we were used to with 2 families staying with young children, the place was a bit cramped for us with a total of 8 people. One of the beds was sunken in due to missing plank supports underneath and the other bed was also fixed improperly and sagged on the side causing backache and uncomfortable. The kitchen was stocked with some starter kitchen items but could be stocked a lot better for family to function. Such as there were no mixing bowls, very small bowls only and a lot of the coffee cups and bowls are chipped. The gate was very very hard to open and our neighbors who were also renting was complaining about the gate as well. Also, the unit is only equipped with a wall unit AC in the living area so when the sun is blazing, the back rooms got really hot. The blinds were very thin and cheap as well and did not do a good job of blocking out the sun. Besides these inconveniences, the host was great with communications but maybe making some upgrades and furnishings would be nicer. The location is close to everything. I appreciate the private big parking lot as that is hard to find in SD and the area is quiet. The unit was clean and felt safe and perhaps more functional for a smaller group of people. The unit is newly updated.
