It was lovely

The only complaint I have was the parking, but that was more my misunderstanding. The parking is very tight & I have a large truck that barely fit. Next time I will rent a smaller car. Other than that, it was perfect & we really enjoyed our stay!

Overall great only downsides is that parking was really small and the house was onto an ally way but other than that the location and house itself was amazing and the door was easy to get into most of the password locks are tricky to open and lock but this one was simple

Great location

Location was great because it was pretty quiet, but yet steps from bayside path and just a 2 blocks from mission beach / oceanside.Listing says newly remodeled, maybe a few years ago, so would recommend taking that off of listing. Property managment company responded pretty quick. We were missing sheets the first night for the pull out bed but they dropped them off the next day once we asked. But once we asked for some sort of compensation for not having the extra bed that we needed they then lied saying that they were there and thanks for staying. So you dont always get what you pay for.

Cute place, small spaces

The place was as advertised, and the decor was comfortable and attractive. I missed not having any outdoor space to relax in. The bedroom was tiny with little space to move around in. And there was no good space to put your suitcases. The only place to put a toiletry/makeup bag was on the back of the toilet.

Cute place

I will start with the positives first. The place is very close to Bay and close walking distance to places to eat, coffee etc. It’s decorated very cute, and everything (furniture, dishes, etc) was clean. The communication was pretty good with the company. We enjoyed our stay, and it was nice having a clean kitchen to make breakfast in the morning, and not have to go out for every meal. The down sides-There were 4 of us and this place is not for 4 people. There was only one blanket Total for 4 adults and even after telling them that we only had one blanket no one brought us a blanket. There were only 2 coffee mugs, there were 4 towels total for 4 adults for 5 days. This place would be perfect for a couple. The other downside is there is no dresser so you will have to leave your stuff in your suitcase. There was a closet but it was filled with stuff from the owners so there was no where for us to put our stuff. Although it wasn’t dirty It is musty. It smelled very musty when we got there is got better opening the windows but our allergies got the best of us and we had to check out a day early. There were a group of girls staying above us and you can hear the people above you, so that was a problem when it was time to go to bed. I am writing this because if I would have read a review like this I would have picked a different unit from this company. They have a lot of other places to choose from so if you are a group of 3 or more you may want to look into a larger unit.

Quaint cute clean place

The place was cute, clean and walking distance to bay and beaches. Everything was great only downfall was no where to put your clothes as far as dresser or a table for suitcase just 1 big closet. Very clean and everything we needed was already there. Would highly recommend

I love how this place was right on the water with lots of places to eat and drink all within walking distance. Definitely know a great place to stay next time I’m in town. Highly recommend staying here.

We were close to everything! Loved walking to the beach and surrounding restaurants and shops. The only additional thing needed for a group of girls was more mirrors.;)

Great location for small family!

Cute and clean property! We loved our stay with our 3 year old. The pull out bed was so comfortable, we hardly find this anymore! Located next to our favorite restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. AC worked wonderful and we were so grateful for it on the warmer days. We would definitely stay here again!

Too Small

Great location but unit way too small. No where to put clothes, etc. Parking would be fine if everyone drove a small compact car instead of Expeditions and Land Cruisers which was the case while we weee there.

Nice little beach house

The place was much smaller than we anticipated but other than that, it all looked like it does in the photo representation. The property management company was very easy to work with and responsive. Check in and out was a breeze. The private-feeling beach access was also very nice since the main walk could be a bit crazy. I would highly recommend this place for a couple or very small group of three.

Quiet side of the bay yet steps away from the ocean.

Celebrated our 50th anniversary on Mission Bay. This was the perfect place to fix breakfast and head out for the day. The unit was clean with a very comfortable bed. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great for walking distance to several good beach bar type restaurants and for easy drive to the zoo, old town and the bay. There is parking for a small car which is a plus since parking would be very difficult without it.

Walking distance to beaches; private; nice service!

Overall we enjoyed staying here and would likely stay again. We for sure would rent from this company again as they provided prompt answers to our questions and helped fix one item that was needing repair while on-site! Our young kids enjoyed our stay, too, and we all enjoyed the coziness of this place! Pros: - Great location if you want to walk to bay side or ocean side. Close walk to Belmont Park, places to eat, and other areas. Very short drive to SeaWorld, downtown San Diego, and other locations. - Quick service from property owners. We had some questions and they replied via email and/or text promptly. - Detailed confirmation process and they provided several ideas for things to do in the area. - TV setup in the house was nice (smart tv with cable) - Provided parking spot was nice - Some nice items supplied such as beach chairs, towels, Turkish towel/blankets, etc. Cons: - We were excited to stay close to the bay side which we heard was best for kids, but no one was swimming on that side. It was a little dirty and there were lots of boats on that side. So we spent most of our time on the ocean side, which was still great! - Refrigerator wasn’t cooling our stuff down but a repair person came by to fix it promptly. - There’s no water spicket/outdoor shower which would be nice to wash off sand from our shoes before entering the house. - Parking spot was tight/small for our van, but we made it work! - Not many extra items provided in the house, such as pens/paper, cards, games, ziploc baggies, batteries, etc. Some VRBOs have several items like this that make the place feel a little more like home, but it wasn’t a deal breaker!

Was a great property. Inside all the imenidies you need for a comfortable stay. Parking in Cali is difficult so nice that there is assigned spots. Walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Great for small family

This was a great quiet place for my small family of 4. Centrally located for almost everything we wanted to do and get to. The property was clean and well stocked / maintained. The bayfront offered a nice quiet beach with water activities available to us and the beach was just across the street in the opposite direction. Only .5 miles from Belmont Park and plenty of restaurants. Would stay here again and or book with host in the future for larger offerings and bring more family.
