This property worked out great for our Thanksgiving! There was plenty of room around the dining table and a fully stocked kitchen. Close to beach and bay and Belmont park. Pictures accurately reflect the townhome. Communication with the host was excellent.

Happy 70th Birthday Family Celebration

The VRBO was clean and in a great location. It was a good size for our 6 adults and we took advantage of the kitchen and the bikes and beach stuff.

Loved this property!

Beautiful, no expense spared property - kitchen well equipped, made cooking capabilities easy. If you’re looking for a home away from home, and love walking/biking on Pacific Beach and Bayside, this is a great choice!

Family vacation

Very clean, very nice rental home. Me and my family wanted to face the water but the house turned out to be better. The location is convenient and quiet. Floor plan layout was perfect! Teenagers had room to stretch out. Definitely will return!

Great House and Location

Great experience overall. The house was exactly as depicted, was spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Great areas to gather as a family and very comfortable. Also loved the location. Easily walkable to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and bars. Jeff was communicative throughout and made everything easy. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot for a family vacation.

Property was exactly as advertised, clean, new furnishings, and well stocked. We particularly appreciated the one block walk to the bay, and the two block walk to the beach. Our hardest decision of the day was which way to go. Also appreciated being able to walk to coffee shops, taco shops, and the Belmont amusement park. The garage is narrow. We had a minivan and had a difficult time getting it in and out of the garage.

Awesome place! The dishwasher broke while we were there, but it was addressed in a timely manner which ultimately reqiured installation of a new dishwasher. This process did take a few days, but we were compensated monetarily for our inconvenience. We were so pleased that we reserved this unit for next year.
