This property is exactly what we look for visiting a beach town with a great location and ocean view. The place was immaculate and easy to check in/out. Tim is a gracious host and it's clear he cares deeply about his guests. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Ocean Beach's Best

We loved our stay here. The host is super friendly and responsive. The unit was very comfortable with a great ocean view. We will stay there anytime we are in San Diego

Excellent & great neighborhood

We were very happy with our stay. Tim was an excellent host. The location could not be better, just blocks from food and entertainment. We will be visiting here again for sure.

I really enjoyed staying at this unique property in Ocean Beach. The location can't be beat! And the home, though slightly outdated, was very comfortable. Also really appreciated the onsite parking and amazing views of the ocean!

Tranquil views

Much need time away with my husband. Location and views were perfect as we did not rent a car. Everything was in walking distance and like I mentioned before, the views were beautiful.

Very nice place to stay in Ocean Beach

This place had everything we wanted for our visit to Ocean Beach! Property features that are especially helpful are the laundry machines, off-street parking place, beach chairs and towels, and short walk to restaurants and shopping area.

Hidden Gem in OB

Great place with lots of amenities. Our host Tim was fabulous and went out of his way to make us welcome. Terrific ocean views and beach is a very short distance.

I was in San Diego to help my daughter move into school, USD. I wanted a stay near the beach and near USD. The place was perfect. The owner was helpful with a few minor items and the views were excellent. I would stay here again.

Amazing oceanside vacation spot

This was my third visit to Tim and Kathy's wonderful oceanside vacation rental - I cannot recommend them highly enough. Amazing location, beautiful ocean views, easy walking distance to local restaurants, shopping, grocery, and nightlife. Most of all, the rental itself is clean, quiet, spacious, and with all the amenities. Such an absolute pleasure to spend a vacation here - we will do it again!!

What more can I say we love OB and the location of this property is perfect for walking Everywhere! Great View from balcony !Loved listening and watching the ocean in the morningFrom the upstairs bedroom! Just a short walk to Sunset cliffs and enjoyed all the succulent flower growing every where! On site laundry room was an extra bonus as well as the parking spot ! Would stay here again Thanks Tim for sharing your little slice of heaven!

Beautiful place overlooking sea with great host

This is a beautiful unit constructed overlooking the owner's patio and home. The owner is a great host. Only issue are the stairs to reach the unit entrance and the bedroom floor above the living area, which may be difficult for older or handicapped people.

Fantastic stay. Cozy with a fireplace downstairs. Pretty ocean view deck accommodating the pelicans and rainbows upstairs. 5 blocks from everything. I'll be calling Tin for another stay sooner than later!

Peaceful!
