Is a convenient location to many nice eateries and hot spring faciliaties. Recommend for families or couples. Although the furnishing are fairly outdated but the beds are comfortable. Good rest after a hectic day.

I had a terrible check in experience. The front desk lady was rude and not professionally trained. She checked us in and then called us back since she forgot to charge us. The room is a motel like set up outside of the main building. She forgot to turn on the light and asked us to walk on and find the room number. We were afraid of walking in since it was too dark. It's like walking into a underground parking lot. The lady did not apologize and said "okay I will turn it on now." I said why couldn't you do all these professionally and she replied "if you are not happy you can complain." Great! Here I am. Do NOT pay the higher price for such a terrible service. The lady made me feel like she did NOT feel like to serve her guests.

We were given a room that was not the same as the one shown in the advertised photos. A few days before check-in, I received a message about the room, and on the day we arrived, I specifically requested a room that matched the photos. Unfortunately, my request was rejected and we were told that no changes could be made.
Additionally, there was noticeable noise in our bedroom caused by water flowing through the pipes whenever other rooms finished using the hot spring. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay as we were unable to sleep well.

房間很整潔，獨立浴池非常大，很舒服。但房間內樓中樓樓梯間距大，上下樓有點危險，不適合長者或小孩入住

乾淨沒有時代感，四人房寬敞安靜。早餐自助餐選擇豐富好吃。大廳可裝水。需注意地下停車場格子有限。

晚上睡覺時煙霧警示燈不斷閃爍，嚴重影響睡眠，棉被及枕頭套有異味，以後不再考慮入住
