Perfect place for our large family

We came for our son’s graduation in San Diego. We are a large family of six people, and we were very comfortable.Plenty of bedrooms and spaces.Our view overlooking the sand and the ocean was amazing!

Great Stay

The rental was right in the beach with an amazing view. It was clean, ready on time, and easy to check-in. There were also sand toys and chairs to use. It was easy walking distance to lots of restaurants.

The place was amazing! Home away from home. They had everything we needed. It's the ultimate beach location for a family to visit San Diego with direct access to the beach and lots to do. We'll be back!

Perfect beach getaway

This property is beautiful! In the perfect location. Next to the Belmont park with lots to do for the kids and beachfront access and the best ocean view! Love that they are pet friendly! Will definitely be back!

Loved our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the front window view of the beach and sunset! The property was newly remodeled, clean and well-kept. The beach was so close that our kids went barefoot most of the time. Any questions I had, I received a quick answer. Loved our vacation and hope to return soon!

Beautiful place

Beautiful place in a great location along the boardwalk in Mission Beach. Wish we could have stayed longer than a long weekend. Surprisingly quiet considering its location in on the boardwalk. The instructions given were very clear and helpful which helped us out a lot since our travel was delayed by several hours and we did not get to the place until around 1:00 a.m.

Great stay!

We stayed a month at this property and overall had a great experience. The location is excellent...a few steps from the beach. It is close to Belmont Park which isn't too busy in the winter, but does mean there is a little more walking and gathering traffic around. We liked the energy and the cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We did have a couple of issues with the property but Drift responded immediately. This property is third floor, but we viewed the steps as part of our workout each day. I highly recommend and would stay here again for sure.

Great location, comfortable property

We had a lovely vacation and enjoyed staying here. Tandem parking is a little tight especially if neighbors have large trucks, but that’s just life in SoCal I believe. It’s walking distance to many things including the indoor pool and a lovely park, not to mention right on the strand. Property management is very responsive and thoughtful. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place and location

Location is spectacular, views are amazing… Loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up to watching dolphins jumping in the water. Excellent communication from the rental agency, beautiful home with nice amenities. Kitchen fully stocked with all of the cookware you would need. Garage is a tight fit so if you bring a car, don’t bring a big one.

Wonderful property

We enjoyed everything about the stay here at this beautiful penthouse apartment. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds comfy, everything was clean, the kitchen very well stocked, the views fantastic. The only downside was the elevator, which doesn’t work, and getting heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs was a challenge for us.

Great location and fantastic views!

Loved the condo. Very nice and spacious. Enjoyed the views and sunsets were amazing from the balcony. I read the reviews ahead and made sure I got a smaller rental car. I thought I was a master at parking until the last 2 days when I had another car next to me! It is a tight fit but very nice to have a garage space. Kitchen was great and had everything I needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Great beach view

It was very easy to communicate With the property managers. It was centrally located. Parking garage fit the SUV. The large class doors made listening to the waves throughout the night wonderful.

Wonderful View!

Our stay at this home was awesome! We did not want to leave the place. The front doors open up wide and let the cool breeze come though. The only thing that was unfortunate is that the elevator was not working, but I was able to carry our heavy bags up the stairs individually. But we were really happy with this home and location. i will definatly recomend it to friends and family.

Great place, boogie boarding, surf spot

Nicely appointed, well stocked kitchen, great back deck for bbqing, beds comfortable, great sunsets! Watched right from the front deck. The elevator worked off and on, management responded quickly to repair requests. Weekdays, the beach was fairly quiet. Had a company come out and set us up beach chairs and a canopy, this rocked. Close to restaurants. Loved it!

PERFECT LOCATION AND OCEAN VIEW

Condo is perfect size, furnished well and clean. You can people watch and see dolphins from the balcony as well as the glassed tv room, walking distance to markets, parks, restaurants and bars. Tandem parking is a plus but our Tundra extended cab took up the extra foot we needed for the second vehicle we took so we had to park that one elsewhere. We will be back (with two CRVS) as this condo met all our needs and then some.

Loved our family vacation!

We absolutely loved our VRBO! The location was ideal as the beach was right in front of us and the lifeguards are set up just a half a block away. There are plenty of restaurants (and a Starbucks!) nearby. Mission Beach was central to places we visited such as the Zoo, low tide pools, and USS Midway. The only thing that was mildly worrisome was the deck was held up by support frames on one side and was noticeably tilted. It did look like it was under construction so we still used the deck all the time!

Amazing stay

The space was wonderful for our family of 5, plus our teenage nephew. Beautiful view of the ocean & Mission Beach, nicely appointed. Parking is a little tight, but this is the beach so it's expected--it's nice having a dedicated garage. Fantastic communication with the property managers. We arrived to a broken curtain rod and it was fixed within a couple of hours. They checked on us a couple of times throughout our stay and they were very nice and helpful. Definitely happy with their service!

View from the Condo was great. Location was great. Cleanliness could have been better. When we first walked in the condo smelled like old mop water. A lot of the appliances did not work properly. A little TLC would greatly improve this rental.

Family vacation

Enjoyed our stay with 1.5yr old. Great views. Property mgr is highly responsive and great. Great location. There were some ants on the floor by windows upon arrival but after calling mgmt, they came out immediately. AC unit didn’t get super cool, which was sort of annoying given the price. Listing mentioned it had high chair but it did not have that. Interior of rental is nice. Expensive but overall a good trip. Very walkable location. No beach toys or chairs etc but to be fair we’re not advertised.
