This is a great cozy home and a very easy stay. The outdoor fireplace and fire pit were great with some chilly evenings. Great family Beach House.

Fantastic place in Mission Beach

Our family has stayed at Mission Beach several times, and this place was the best! All on one level, which means no balcony views but so nice and cozy, and easy to be together as a family. The place is beautifully decorated and well-stocked - we've never stayed somewhere with bikes before, and had so much fun with them. Liz was easy to reach with our questions. Highly recommended!

Great Place to Stay

House was very nice and clean. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great location. Walking distance to beach and Belmont Park. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

If you’re looking to stay close to the beach this is a great place to rent. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and have never had any issues. The rental has everything you need, including two parking spots! Overall our stay was awesome as usual and we plan on staying again!

Great home for family/friend vacation!

We loved our stay! We had four kids (under three) and four adults and the house was perfect! Very short walk to the beach and close to everything. Our stay was over Valentines Day and the owners left us a little basket and something for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach house with all the extras

Very comfortable stay! One of the best equipped kitchens and extras of any rental we have stayed at. Only negative was parking, which was our fault.We had a rental full size suv (Nissan armada) which was too long for the garage. Managed to park it kind of sideways in the outside spot but would have not been possible if the neighbors had been there.wish we had gotten 2 smaller cars instead.

A little slice of heaven!!!

This is the best place I have stayed in SD. Perfect for a family and steps away from the beach. We spent most of our time outside in the beautiful front yard! Everything about the house is amazing and Liz was a pleasure to work with. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Great location and modem conveniences

Just 1 block from the beach and great location. We were impressed by how well stocked the property was with kitchen, beach amenities and towels. Nice grill and outdoor space. Multiple TVs with Dish Network.

Amazing Beach House

We have stayed here for the last 3 years and the new owners have upgraded the house so much. The little touches made the stay so much nicer. The house is a perfect location to the beach and Belmont! I would highly recommend this beach villa!

Beautiful property

This beach house is the very best VRBO we have ever stayed at. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen has loads of counter space. The kichen was well appointed with quality knives, silverware, appliances- coffee makers, crock pots etc. We literally dont have a negative other than we wish it was on the boardwalk. That bring said we would love to stay here again!

My family has a yearly vacation at a beach house this year at this location has been placed at the top of our list. A great location for fun activities and just a few steps from the water. The house is very well stocked with all you need we stayed 6 nights and enjoyed it all. Loved the “beach decor “ and all the updates of the home. We already want to plan for next year. Thank you

2nd Time here

We just love the convenience of location, the Uber cleanliness, and this house as all necessities. From beach toys to shampoo and condition to spices. The house is comfortable for all of our family and in a safe area. We love this cottage and enjoyed every part of our vacation!

Favorite house in SD

The location was great! It was a 5 min walk to Bellmont but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom towels, beach toys & bikes. I loved it being a single- story house and the patio was spacious. The only downside was the fan in the room with double beds didnt work. This was by far our favorite house we have stayed at in SD and I would rent it again.

Awesome Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to return again. The house was immaculate and the location was superb. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. The "extras' in the garage were a bonus. We have visited Mission Beach a handful of times over the past four years, and this was by far our favorite place. Thank you!

Easy and confortable

I have stayed in several places on Mission. This was by far the the most convenient and comfortable place. It's so nice that they already have everything you may need while you are there! Location is great! Patio very comfortable and plenty of seating. Actually designed with a bench the runs the perimeter for extra seating. I found the beds nice and comfortable. Was overall very happy with how this place worked out. Would stay there next time.

Cute one level beach house!

This house was perfect for my family and my sisters family. Loved the one level layout and how open it was for the size of the house. The house is well stocked with appliances, towels, cookware, dishes, etc. The outside hang out spot was set up for a family/friends gathering and it was so nice to hang out there by the fire or under the umbrella! The kids loved the boogie boards and my toddler had so much fun with the sand toys. It was a much needed getaway to the cutest beach house 😊

Perfect location

This is our 2nd time staying here as a family and absolutely love it! Last time was 4 years ago and I proposed to my girlfriend on that trip. Now 4 years and 2 kids later we returned for another great weekend! Literally 1 minute walk and you’re on the beach, not even 5 minute walk and you’re at Belmont park the garage easily fit our sedan and I was even able to park my Tahoe on the side of the house in their 2nd parking spot. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen with appliances and silverware. (Even had a little cub board of kids plates/cups). Over the years I’ve stayed at many different beach houses on Mission Beach with friends and family but this will always be the first I check for availability!!

Comfortable, clean property!

We loved our stay at this property. The owner was extremely responsive and the location cannot be beat. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - we cooked every night during our week long stay! Outdoor area is where we spent a majority of our time and the fireplace and fire pit are such nice features. My only suggestion for families with young children/ crawling infants - bring a baby gate! The 3 steps can be a bit hazardous for little ones (our little guy is BUSY and 14 months old), but other than that the property was very kid friendly! We would definitely come back. We will look back very fondly on our family vacation!

Great home in a great location!

I was exceptionally pleased with the property from how well appointed it was, to the location, to the accuracy of the online posting. Owners were responsive to emails as well! This home is in a prime location within the Mission Beach area. You can get to the beach within seconds or head down to the Belmont park within a few short minutes. Made it very easy for early coffee runs, late night ice creams, and anything in between. The home was very clean and comfortable. Everyone in our group slept great. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking and dining essentials. Additionally this home felt very kid friendly. I would definitely plan to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We have been staying in Mission Beach for 40 years and this is the best property yet. The location is excellent and the house is very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you could possibly imagine. The owners left a charming welcome basket for us as well. This home comes with new boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, bikes and even a surfboard! This is important because some of these rentals have heavily used and broken beach stuff and its no fun if the chair is broken and the umbrella doesn't work. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was high quality. TV in every room with a cable package that kept the kids happy during our resting periods. Two parking spaces, newer washer and dryer, everything here is much nicer that anybody would expect from a beach rental. If you have a chance to get this place, TAKE IT! We will be back.
