Step into the living room and you’ll immediately feel at home. With plenty of plush seating and a large Smart TV, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. Sliding doors lead out to a balcony where you’ll be greeted with ocean breezes and stunning views of both Belmont Park and the beach—ideal for people-watching, sunset cocktails, or firing up the BBQ for a laid-back meal with friends or family.
A short flight of stairs inside the home leads to the elevated heart of the house: a full-size kitchen equipped with everything you need—from modern appliances to cookware and dinnerware—making it easy to whip up a beachside breakfast or gourmet dinner. Just off the kitchen is a cozy dining nook with seating for four, creating the perfect space to enjoy meals together.

Parking: Parking at our Mission Beach getaway is provided a 1-car garage. Please note this only fits compact sized vehicles. We encourage guests to plan accordingly and reach out with any questions or concerns regarding parking arrangements.

Zero Tolerance for Parties: Our home is not suitable for parties or events. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a quiet and residential environment.
Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood: We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a harmonious living environment.
No Smoking: For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property. There is a $1,000 fine for smoking on the property.
