-Our unit is a modern detached studio apartment with free private gated parking spot, a fully stocked built-in kitchen w/ full appliances & Keurig.
-You will have a queen-sized bed w/ built-in storage for bulky items, high-speed fiber WiFi + 50" Smart TV.
-There is a Fully-fenced semi private courtyard with patio and patio seating and pet relief area.
-There is also an on-site washer and dryer as well as heat and A/C.

Our convenient location is a 10-15 min drive from just about anywhere in central San Diego! Add'l unit features include a convenient amenities like basic house items, Keurig pods & beach supplies.
