Family friendly neighborhood! With private parking, an electric security driveway gate a shared sparking pool and relaxing jacuzzi!
This is a 5 unit property, you will share the exterior space with other guests. The pool (non heated), (heated) jacuzzi, laundry, exterior sitting areas are shared spaces. Enjoy your own personal parking spot next to your unit plus an electric gate for quick and convenient access.

Awesome area close to many attractions in San Diego. Just a short drive to Sea World, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, PETCO Park, Downtown, the convention center, beaches, Coronado Bridge, restaurants, cafes, parks.
The parking and house sit in the back of the Property. Access is through the alley between K street and J street. The GPS will lead you to the front house, you must drive around and enter through the alley for your booking.
This property is a five-unit property with shared exterior common areas. Inquire with the host if interested in booking additional units or if interested in booking the entire property for a large group. unit is a second-floor unit. Use the links below for additional units.
