IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION for longer-term renters: If you do decide to reserve our home for more than 21 days at-a-time (which happens often), you will have a special cancellation policy rule. This policy adjusts from the RELAXED 14-day cancel policy to the 30-day MODERATE cancellation policy. The Moderate policy states a
* 0% refund within 14 days
* 50% refund 14-30 day before checkin
* 100% refund 30 day before checkin

In summary, the Moderate cancellation policy adheres only to 21+ day reservations.

Also, for those retired RV travelers seeking a home away from home, in need of a break and time to pause from being in the RV, we encourage you to consider our quiet and lovely home, which will accommodate your RV either in the driveway or we could save the spot directly out in front of the home on the street.
