“We stayed there for about a week, and everything was absolutely perfect! Jayme was amazing and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. 10/10!”

“I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and……

“OMG,not enough good things to say about this place. It was super clean, had everything I needed and the host (Jessica) was quick to respond to every question. The location was ideal for accessing everything I wanted to do. What a lovely experience. I would definitely return.”

“We had a great holiday - the area is great and the host was friendly and responsive. However, there were a few issues - the dishwasher was out of action despite being listed as an amenity - having 4 young children with us this made for quite a lot of washing up! We also found the property wasn't as clean as we'd expected - there were crumbs on the worktops, rubbish under beds and the outside area was pretty run down. There were also a few safety concerns - parts of the decking outside were……

“Such a great experience here! The host was very communicative and attentive. Spot was clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. There are plenty of bars and cool shops within walking distance. We will definitely be booking the same spot on our next trip!”

“I had a great time staying with rental with a view, everything was labeled so precisely that it made finding some objects really helpful. The house guide and instructions were also very thorough. This location I stayed at was right next to the 5 freeway which made access to several parts of San Diego very convenient. I really appreciated that Daniel was able to grant us an extra hour of checkout to give us some more time to finish packing! The rental with a view team was very quick with their……

“Beds were very comfortable.”

“The house was clean. Communication with the host was fantastic. Check in was super smooth. The location was perfect.”

“We loved being within walking distance of historic Old Town. The safe parking gave us total peace of mind, and having so many restaurants right around the corner was so convenient. Great place for a family of 5!”

“We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and the host was super helpful and responsive.”

“The property was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and had everything needed for the stay.Good communication with the owner. ”

“This is a great base for exploring SD. We travelled for Comicon but wanted to escape the madness in the evening. Despite how busy it was, we were able to get an Uber there and back quite easily. Usually around 9-15 dollars per trip. Robert is an attentive host and the property was clean and tidy. The air con was essential! Although the outdoor area was also a wonderful bonus. We would definitely stay again!”

“The owner of property cancelled my stay and I can not get anyone to give me a refund. I would appreciate someone getting back to me for this. I will not let it go unsettled. ”

“Cool spot, close to everything and the coffee shop across the street was a plus. Great cappuccinos!”

“Adam was great! Communicated regularly and ensured I was good to go from the start. ”
