Premier contact difficile car nous avions garé la voiture dans la propriété!!! ca s’est arrangé par la suite .des équipements existants mais pas mis à disposition, tel le lave vaisselle réservé aux propriétaires. “La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. C'è un piccolo bar dove si può fare colazione (a costo extra). ”

“Wunderschön, die Eigentümer (Vincenco u. Familie) wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück, sie sind sehr liebevoll und freundlich. Antonio(der Vater von Vincenzo) kommt jeden Morgen und kümmert sich um das Grundstück und den Pool. Mann kann sich auf dem Areal alles nehmen ( Tomaten ,Feigen,Peperoni usw.).
Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal vorbei schauen wenn wir in Apulien sind.

“Das alte Landhaus ist ruhig gelegen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viel Platz für 4 Personen. Schönes Außengelände. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Leider gab es draußen jede Menge Mücken.

“È stato tutto ottimo tranne il fatto che la tassa di soggiorno non è stata quella che doveva essere.
Ci hanno detto che il sito non ha aggiornato il tariffario.
Nel complesso appartamento pulito mi aspettavo anche gli asciugamani ma non c’erano (quindi portateveli).
E nell’appartamento c’è solo una portafinestra quindi di notte bisogna stare per forza con il clima acceso perché non c’è aria.”
