「The reception staff were amazing, very helpful and made the holiday feel special, they gave me an upgrade as my room wasn’t ready. The room was cleaned everyday, the room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The hotel was well situated for Adeje and was able to get around very easily. The hotel provided great breakfast and the entertainment was interesting 😂」

Despite booking for three guests, the room only had linens and towels for two. Basic hygiene items were also missing, including hand soap. ​The room was poorly maintained. 「Property could have been in a better location, the property we were staying at was at another resort across the road. It took them a while to locate our room. My mum has physical disabilities and we did request easy access room, even though they gave us a room with little stairs it was still a challenge for my mum and also the floors were slippery. Apartment was ok, could have been better but the balcony was with a great view.」
